原來係咁,又怪唔之得條頸好痛時,個頭又會好痛
個頭好痛時,按下條頸,個頭又無咁痛喎....
查完呢個資料,我仲係未識讀呢個字,考試時希望問我Trapezius而唔好問到呢個字....哈哈~

前兩日我就係用了支油,幫自己按了呢條肌肉,係胸口的rashes就散了出來啦!
