The Psychology and Heartology of Counselling:

the Art and Science of Consultation Skills for Aura-Soma Level 4 Consultants

This training provides an in-depth exploration of essential skills required by professional counsellors, yet maintains and supports the unique approach of Aura-Soma. The non-intrusive and self selective approach to self discovery, which is advanced by Aura-Soma philosophy and practice, places the client at the centre of the consultation. The presence of the consultant can aid the client in their discovery through the art of loving conscious mirroring.

As Aura-Soma Practitioners advance through their levels of training, they will need to allow the consultation to be more about presence of consciousness, rather than a transfer of information. It is to be remembered that Aura-Soma is a 'tool for consciousness' and a 'mirror of the soul.' The consultant's role is to facilitate the process of revelation through the selection of the colours, so that the client will experience of more who they already are, their potential and their gifts. It is the art of the consultant to guide this process to focus on the light and not on the problems.

This training provides ample opportunity for the Aura-Soma Practitioner to become familiar with methods of counselling based on centring and empathy; as well as learning skills to be able to handle any situations that might arise in a consultation. It provides opportunity to build on the skills introduced in Level 2 and in the PPS Course. It also introduces several counselling techniques that can used during an Aura-Soma Consultation that will support the message of the colour energies. Thus the beneficial effect of the client's bottles can be begin immediately and the client will be more conscious of their transformational process.

Furthermore, the training provides enough space for the consultant to continue their own process that is mirrored by the colour energies and by their clients.

This is a 6 day training comprising 42 hours of tuition and practice. It will contribute to the requirements of the Aura-Soma Colour Care Consultant  Training  Level 4. 

Pre-requisite: Aura-Soma Courses Levels 1 and 2.
