The Colours of Love - Relationship and Colour Psychologies

工作坊內容介紹:
If you were asked what the colour of love is? You’d probably respond: “Pink, it is the colour of loving oneself, it helps joins all the parts together, it is the colour of unconditional love, like a mother’s unconditional love to her child.” Or: “Magenta is the colour of divine love, the love from above.” Whilst such replies are absolutely correct, does it mean that other colours are not connected with love?
An Aura-Soma Practitioner may remember that all the red, pink, magenta and deep magenta bottles are part of the Tantric Illuminate Set and thus relate to the transformation of passion into compassion. Perhaps we’d also remember that orange, coral and pale coral are colours of dependency which is a major issue that arises in love relationships. Also, that green and olive can represent other love and relationship challenges such as betrayal and jealousy.
In this course we go even further into understanding the colours connected to love and relationships. By applying the ‘law of three’ to see the connection between the three primary colours of colour theories including Aura-Soma, to the concepts of three components or elements of love used by social psychologists Robert J. Sternberg of Yale University in his research ‘The Triangulation of Love’ published by the American Psychological Association (1986) and John Allan Lee of the University of Toronto in ‘A Typology of Styles of Love’ (1977) and ‘Colours of Love’ (1973).
Sternberg and Lee created two differing theories which usually studied separately. Samudro has used Aura-Soma’s theories to find the common ground between these different psychology theories of love and human relations. Aura-Soma considers that colour is a universal language.
Thus, we can now say that all colours are the colours of love and that each colour represents either an element of love or a style of loving. So, when we chose red it can indicate passion or ‘eros’, blue can show intimacy or ‘storge’, and yellow commitment or ‘ludus.’ Samudro’s own research corrects previously published associations and graphics made (presumably) by people not fully understanding colour theory.
In this workshop Samudro will present a concise summary of psychological researches and by applying Aura-Soma’s more fundamental concepts as a code, we can learn to interpret our colour choices in connection to our close relationships. Furthermore, we can learn some concepts that can support more fulfilling love relationships.
This workshop is open to everyone. However, some prior experience of Aura-Soma will be beneficial. It is highly recommended to all Aura-Soma Practitioners of all levels of training.
